Abstract

An early diagnosis of breast carcinoma is the fundamental goal of radiologist at breast screening. Senographes that could bring the best image resolution should be used, and the best method is considered to be the full field di¬gital mammography. In this chapter we provide our experience of microcalcifications in ductal carcinoma in situ and not palpable malignant nodules, exposing new radiographic signs that help in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
