Aspectos cognitivos de la actividad sexual en la enfermedad neoplásica cervical
Abstract
Cervical cancer is one of the most frequent cancer in women which intense treatment damages quality of life significantly, particu¬larly their sexual activity. The purpose of this study was to analyse sexual activity of a sample of women diagnosed and treated for cervical cancer. Among highlighted results, we found a significant disminution in sexual activity and satisfaction, as well as a low sexual desire. Moreover, patient’s believes about sexuality and their health percpetion demonstrated to be determinant aspects.Downloads
