Relational spaces of mediation

Abstract

Across the statement of a case, this paper tries to affect in slightly habitual aspects in the analysis of the processes of mediation as the previous expectations of the participants, his thoughts in the key moments of the conversations or what happens between meetings. The offer is that the mediation, since personal process begins before the first contact with the mediating person and it finishes very much after the last meeting. The mediation has moments of special intensity between meetings and many of the changes that take place go beyond the direct interaction with the mediating person. Likewise factors are analyzed to bearing in mind in the processes of transformation of confrontative in collaborative dynamics in conflicts with and judicial previous origin. And propose as relevant technology employment of metaphors that facilitate transitional spaces of meeting between the participants.
