Causas y efectos económicos de la inmigración. Un análisis teórico-empírico

  • Javier Oyarzun

Abstract

The study of migration includes some extraeconomic causes. Instead, the analysis of the effects has two limitations: first, it focus only on the destination countries, especially Spain; second, is just an economic analysis. For the study of migration causes we refer to the main theories. The effects are analysed at the macroeconomic and microeconomic level. This paper concludes that labor migration has a net positive effect on the destination countries.
