Specification of a model for the study of the participation in digital networks to hydrical disposal
Abstract
The objective of the present work was to specify a model for the study of the participation in digital networks with respect to the problems of water shortage. A documentary study was carried out with an intentional selection of sources indexed to national repositories. Research lines concerning governance are seen as the result of a common front and strategic alliance between political and social actors in the face of the effects of climate change on environmental public health. Units of analysis are recommended to delimit the problematic to the local and neighborhood scope, considering that the effects of the change are asymmetrical and the public policies should also be asymmetric.Downloads
