A simultaneidade de processos civilizacionais e descivilizacionais no Brasil após a década 1950
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to show that the civilizational and decivilizational processes have run in parallel in Brazil along the second half of the XX century. This analysis will focus mainly on the pre military regime and the 1970‟s and 1980‟s, prioritizing the political impingements that become notable in the writing process of the Constitutional Letter promulgated in October 5, 1988. Our intention is to map, during the 1950‟s and 1980‟s some political actions that show the civilizational advances – here understood as those concerned with the construction of a fairer and more democratic society – and others that were on the opposite side, that is, concerned with the perpetuation of excluding and authoritarian procedures.Downloads
