Abstract
This Essay is part of a wider study on the parallelism between language and architecture of Franchism and Italian Fascism . Considering that bibliography on this subject is quite immense, this work does not intend to be exhaustive. On the contrary the Essay tries to give suggestions through which similarities and differences can be detected in the use of language by the two dictatorships. Indeed, even though there was a presumed similarity between the two regimes, it is important to consider as well that similar elements played a different role and had a different relevance in their specific historical context.Downloads
