Psicopatía: Pandemia de la modernidad
Abstract
Psychopathy seems to be a consubstantial pathology of modernity deeply linked to economical values. It leaks into culture, becoming a model of success and power to imitate, undermining the social and political structures of society, thus devaluating the idea of democracy. Beyond the disappeared psychiatric diagnosis, psychopathy arises as an expanding social problem, characterized by a cruelty towards humane, not just because the constant transgression of norms, but by a perversion of law for personal purposes. The origin of this pandemic, generator of a historically unknown violence, can be placed in the protestant spirit of capitalism and its further development.Downloads
