Abstract
Lo que nos planteamos aquí, como interrogante al cual este ensayo tratará de responder, es si en la Filosofía del Derecho que Hegel propone también con el alcance de teoría del Estado, sería posible, admisible, oportuna o desechada la figura de la desobediencia civil.
