Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the terrative as an artistic genre, in the Public Art, and assess their contextualization in the city where you bring out traces and ruins also it is linked to new forms of Public Archeology. We intend to establish the theoretical bases of an artistic proposal of our PhD, the album walked. We hypothesized that the narrative story or textual images ordered with relative consistency, located in real space, acquires a new dimension out the Literature. Similarly the archaeological excavation and display of the ruins departs from the linear character of history. The terratives and different forms of Public Archeology show common elements such as location in space that are contextualized in an in situ involving displacement to participate in the work or the archaeological remains, its narrative structure and multi-temporal and multi-line social issues.
