Abstract

The central argument of this paper is both simple and complex, and reflects what the environmental movement, in its different voices, has been claiming for over forty years and what many cultures and ancient civilizations have said: the human relationship with the territory is complex because of various factors (political, cultural, social, epistemological, technological, environmental, theological, spiritual, psychological, ethical, moral). It explores elements of the new political cosmology of environmental seal; the existence of the social state of law in Colombia is called into question, and it critically examines the ways environmental science is being applied. The work aims, based on cutting-edge discussions from anthropology, to provide a guide for the establishment, design and implementation of cultural ecological territorialities as a tool-category for environmental management to be incorporated in the development plans of the State of Colombia.
