Abstract

In the present text we will see an analysis of the consequences of the desregulations in the Spanish work market introduced last year with the new labour reform. Next we show the negative consequences of this reform in a long term deep crisis scenario as the actual one. IT also shows the facts about the contribution realm between public and private sectors in the active policies of employment (significance of weak aspects, deficient resources distribution). Afterwards it shows the lack of workers rights of the unemployed people, with the continuous cuts in their rights and benefits. Also, the invoice of the social protection plan is being reduced. At least, a proposal is being made for the modification of unemployed people perception, to strengthen his most positive image and to avoid this collective stigmatisation.
