Abstract
The negotiation, conciliation, mediation and arbitration are valid effective and efficient alternatives for the resolution of conflicts, which have helped mitigate the crisis of the judiciary worldwide. Thus, it is necessary to clarify the scope and content of each alternative for the resolution of conflicts, so that they can be distinguished, and be able to highlight the benefits of them and especially those of the mediation.Downloads
