Abstract
They were interviews to 188 users of a public library of the City of Mexico in order to establish the bidimensional structure of its perceived capacities of cyber navigation. The results demonstrate the probability of two of three alternating hypotheses. From the state-of-the-art, the definition of Electronic Self-Efficiency was constructed to denote the perception of abilities at the time of sailing in Internet. One demonstrated the trustworthiness, validity of two constructs, discriminating validity, bidimensional structure and fits of the model of measurement in relation to the structural model. In the light of these results, the relevance of the Electronic Self-Efficiency in the Mexican Educative System is exposed.Downloads
