The separation of powers of the state on the first spanish constitucion
Abstract
In this paper an analysis is made of the separation of powers in the first Spanish Constitution (1812, Cadiz). Beginning with an overview of the revolutionary events produced as a result of the French invasion and the consequences which took place in the political arena, which was influenced by the liberal movement in Europe, resulting in the construction of new concepts that allow perform a new constitutional order, which is unprecedented in its integration and especially where sovereignty is situated, now in the nation.Downloads
