Asociatividad y trabajo: Una comparación entre cooperativas de recuperadores urbanos en el área metropolina de Buenos Aires
Abstract
This article analyses the ways of work organization in the associative enterprises for work. It explores the ways in which the autonomous and self-managed organizations carry out the production process and the management control. The analysis is based on a qualitative study conducted in two types of Argentinean experiences that emerged in the last decade: worker-recovered enterprises and scavengers of solid waste cooperatives. Thereafter, we compare the distinctive peculiarities and similarities of both types of experiences to reflect on the innovation and social reproduction practices.Downloads
