Abstract

This article analyses the ways of work organization in the associative enterprises for work. It explores the ways in which the autonomous and self-managed organizations carry out the production process and the management control. The analysis is based on a qualitative study conducted in two types of Argentinean experiences that emerged in the last decade: worker-recovered enterprises and scavengers of solid waste cooperatives. Thereafter, we compare the distinctive peculiarities and similarities of both types of experiences to reflect on the innovation and social reproduction practices.
