In the first point, Miguel de Cervantes´ thought about liberty, plain truths, lies, and thou prevaricator of honest language: “For liberty, as far honour, we can and ought to risk ours lives.” In the second point, we analyze and compare Wilhelm Von Humboldt and John Stuart Mill thoughts about liberty, language and welfare or democratic state. Mill is also famous for being one of the earliest and strongest supporters of rights for women. The notion of freedom of expression is intimately linked to political debate and the concept of democracy. The right to freedom of speech is closely related to other rights. Linguistics concerns itself with describing and explaining the nature of human language, the study of the principles and rules of how words combine to form infinites phrases or sentences, what is universal to language, universal grammar, how language can vary, and how human beings come to know languages. In order to power, the power impulse has two forms: explicit, in leaders; implicit, in their followers. Finally, we study some example about the perversion of the course of justice, government, legislative and judicial, with linguistics corruption in Ph. D. includes in Spain.
