Abstract
The purpose of this paper is the discussion, in a theoretic frame, of the most effective economic policies that could be employed to slow the impacts of climate change. Our aim is then to analyze the carbon tax for being the economic incentive that most fulfils the efficiency objectives in the market. It is also an effective option to ameliorate the negative impacts of the present economic crisis.Downloads
