Does Common Law Threaten Internal Laws? Forewarned Does not Kill Forearmed?
Abstract
The current article somehow seeks to approach the problem many legal systems have with double regulation which might apply to a given case where even if both seem to be possible one of them is thought to be primarily binding; all of the above raises controversy in between legal systems, who should skip such conflict in order to avoid damage to the parties. By looking into this short study we will be able to see that a current globalized legal system, namely the legal one, cannot afford working merely within the frame of its local law. It is therefore mandatory to be injected with global laws to cheer it up and which will allow it to become a part of a global uniting movement where legal harmony prevails over the many conflicts that might appear on a local scale.Downloads
