In spite of the clear importance that a precautionary measure of prohibition of disposal has within criminal procedures, in particular in economic and corruption related crimes, there is no regulation of such figure in that field. We must therefore relate to the scarce laws that mortgage and civil law have in order to establish its main features, its requirements, its coming into force and its consequences. All that brings in a number of legal uncertainties to which we intend to answer in the current piece of work.Downloads
