Psychopathic Personality and Crime. (Some Psychological, Psychiatric, Criminal and Penal Law Reflections as a result of the Case: José Bretón)
Abstract
The human mind is incredibly complex. Its study has always fully trapped psychologists, doctors and criminologists. The origins of crime are closely related to the study of the mind and human behavior. Following we will study, from the point of view of Penal Law and Criminology, certain behaviors stemming from mental diseases capable of changing the individual and of going beyond mere and superficial social conducts. In order to do so we will begin with a recent real case which adds up to the black book of infanticides in Spain. Forensic Psychiatry and Penal Law have a lot to say on this matter.Downloads
