La Convención sobre prevención y castigo de delitos contra personas internacionalmente protegida, cincluidos los agentes deplomáticos (Nueva York, 1973): análisis y perspectivas actuales de aplicación
Abstract
After almost 40 years since the adoption of the United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons, including Diplomatic Agents (New York, 1973), the reflection on their applicability to current assumptions in the context of global action against international terrorism is required. The rules of the Convention, especially the rule on aut dedere aut iudicare, provide a basis for analyzing the current timing and implementation of the treaty which, in recent cases, such as the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister R. Hariri, has been considered within the scope of action of the United Nations Security Council.Downloads
