Diplomática contemporánea aplicada a documentos de los siglos XIX y XX: los expedientes de concesiones mineras
Abstract
The present piece of work shows the results of some studies based on records of mining’s concessions in the XIXth and XXth century that guards Hullera Vasco-Leonesa’s Archive. The study’s interest is significant in several aspects. First, it shows the analysis administrative and diplomat of one record series produced in the XIXth, century went away from the Middle and Modern Ages, where the diplomat studies have worked traditionally; Secondly, it explains a procedure that pursues the regulation of an economic sector not known for archivists and diplomatists, as the mining sector; And, thirdly, it comes from a study realized in a private Archive, that is to say, where the documents preserved inside every record series belongs to the steps that the company realizes with Civil Service and that it keeps in his own Record Office for the safeguard of his rights, in this case, rights of vital importance. This is a perspective of archivistic’s studies, undoubtedly, different from the usual view.Downloads
