Una inscripción del siglo XVIII en la iglesia parroquial de Ayora (Valencia)

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to study a curious inscription of the early XVIII Century appearing in the front door of the “Capilla de los Desamparados” (Chapel of Helpness) in the spanish Church of Ayora (Valencia). The lettering was made with small studs nailed up on the wooden doors, something very rarely seen in the field of the Epigraphy.
