Abstract

The aim of the present study is to analyse the documents related to a particular inquiry applied by the “Santo Oficio” boards, should there was a judicial appeal. This inquiry deals with certain amendents or other inquisitions files, in order to check whether the culprit has been involved in a previous sentence.
