Enclaves y economías étnicos desde la perspectiva de las relaciones salariales

Abstract

The ethnic enclaves and economies have acquired importance in the main urban regions and areas in Western World. With them, those questionings on entrepreneurship and self-employment among immigrant people have obtained more significant. From the keys of ‘wage relations sociology’ this article aims to tackle this contemporary phenomenon as a specific way of mobilization and use of inmigrant workforce, workers allocation to labour posts, emphasizing more on the making of temporal disponibilities than the having property or not of resources, the presence of any cultural traditions, or the endowing of special qualities.
