A propósito del retorno del historicismo. Consideraciones sobre la historiografía actual.

Abstract

Se sostiene en este artículo que el asunto del denominado posmodernismo en el pensamiento histórico plantea de manera muy sugerente el tema de la antigua relación entre historicismo y subjetividad. Muchas de las experiencias historiográficas recientes se iluminan únicamente en cuanto que pueden ser incorporadas dentro de las categorías propias de la imaginación histórica, según las pautas del historicismo. Al proponer este enfoque un tanto excéntrico, la autora opina que la última historiografía no por fuerza tiene que ser considerada «nueva».
