Abstract

A right perception of a city’s character is necessary in order to understand it. The actions taken currently by the urban developers, both public and private, tend to “decharacterize” the cities, which influences the population, who feels uprooted and who doesn’t bond to the city where they live. Thus the city becomes a sheer set, since the urban architecture gets empty.
