Las dos ciudades imaginarias intercaladas en la novela 2000 (1982), de Gheorghe Săsărman: estudio y traducción
Abstract
Gheorghe Săsărman is the author of Cuadratura cercului (1975 and 2001), one of the most interesting collections of postmodern urban geofiction. In the genre of geofiction, the story is subordinated to the description of a space that defines essentially the text purport. Săsărman extracted two cities of the above-mentioned collection (Sah-Harah and Moebia) and inserted them in his science fiction novel 2000 (1982). When doing this, he expanded these geofictions with narrative elements which turned them into genuine stories, where the adventures of the individualized characters faced to these cities shape parables on knowledge and its ethical meaning around legendary looking cities. A Spanish translation of both texts completes this work.Downloads
