Exilio, insilio y diáspora. La literatura cubana en la época de las literaturas sin residencia fija
Abstract
In the past century writer’s exile was a common phenomenon, because of wars, dictatorships or genocides that took place all over the world. The present paper establishes differences between exile and migration, terms usually confused. In this sense, the peculiarities of the Cuban case will be reviewed and some interesting authors, as Zoé Valdés, Pedro Juan Gutiérrez o Jesús Díaz, among others. The situation of many writers and artists of the island has lead to migrations, exiles, Diasporas and “insilios” or interior exiles.Downloads
