Abstract

This essay is an approach to the film Costa da Morte (Coast of Death), one of the most awarded movies of the Novo Cinema Galego (New Galician Film). The movie is analyzed using the spatial criticism in order to understand the relevance of the space and its relationship with the community who lives there.
