Migración y desarrollo en el ámbito de las áreas transfronterizas de países en vías de desarrollo
Abstract
The Master Plan for Spanish Cooperation intends to promote, in relation to migration, three simultaneous elements that present some difficulties for the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation: (i) the increase both in quality and amount of the Official Development Aid, which is to be almost doubled in the following years, (ii) perform through co-development actions, and (iii) work in areas where population movements cross national borders. The authors explain when the three elements may be compatible, and describes one of the first experiences which has been encouraged by the Spanish cooperation.
