El derecho al desarrollo. XX Aniversario de la declaración sobre el derecho al desarrollo
Abstract
In 1986, the United Nations adopted the Declaration on the Right to Development, which described this right as the integration of all rights, not only in the individual level, but also in the collective level. Twenty years later, and in an international context marked by dreadful inequality, the present paper remembers this declaration and the obstacles that has, sadly, encountered during this time.
