El derecho al desarrollo. Un análisis de la teoría de las capacidades desde la perspectiva de género
Abstract
This paper takes the capabilities approach of Amartya Sen and Martha Nussbaum and the gender perspective and uses them to fashion a comprehensive new definition of human development and especially to explain the women situation.This papers proposes that the human development right involves several links and interconnections between different capabilities, freedoms, and correlative publics policys and suggests that these combined elements replace the abstract universalism paradigm by un interactive and contextualized universalism.
