Seguimiento de la cooperación sur-sur: presentación
Abstract
This paper begins a section focused into the monitoring of South- South cooperation (SSC). It is necessary to begin by making a brief historic tour of the ways that the cooperation has been following from the origin to nowadays, as well as the main challenges to overcome and the ones derived by the system of international cooperation for development as it is designed.
