Abstract
On the frame of the twilight of 2009, the agenda of international development cooperation closes its activities characterized by a mixture between some progress on specific items, along with the insufficient efforts to face the negative effects of the current global economic crisis, mainly the MDGs. The most evidents feature of this period is the express acceptance by the United States to be unable to drive by itself the international agenda challenges, together with the fact that new countries have opted to extend its influence in the aid for development international system.
