La agenda de la cooperación internacional para el desarrollo 2011. Entre la primavera árabe y la crisis económica en el norte
Abstract
During the year 2011 international cooperation for development has been determined, in particular, by the Arab revolution in the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean Basin, as well as the global economic crisis, especially in Europe. Both phenomena have led to a weak political and financial support to this activity. Considering these preliminary considerations, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the most representative issues of the 2011 agenda of international development cooperation, explaining its causes as well as its main impact during that year.
