Monitoring of South-South Cooperation (October 2013 to April 2014)
Abstract
From October 2013 to April 2014 internal debates on South-South Cooperation (SSC) have been influenced by the post-2015 development agenda debates. Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as Asia and Africa have devoted efforts to define their positions regarding discussions that are taking place at a global level, and have reached divergent results. This article focuses on the analysis and monitoring of SSC of these countries that keep working constantly.
