2015, strategies and proposals to the new development agenda: a challenge for the smaller budget of the last decades
Abstract
In the first half of 2014 the Spanish policy on international development cooperation has continued to adhere to an evolutionary decline. In this article we analyze the new foreign affair national strategy from Spanish Government and the integration points established for the ODA. Similarly, we revise the fourth draft of the Spanish proposal to the “post 2015” Development Agenda and the identified deficiencies from the Spanish Civil Society Organizations. All framed in a further reduction of resources and capabilities of the new Spanish Cooperation Budget for 2015.
