Monitoring South-South Cooperation (from May to September 2015)
Abstract
The period we review on this occasion was marked by the adoption of the Addis Ababa Action Agenda, the outcome document of Third International Conference on Financing for Development, and by the 2030 Agenda with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Even though both meetings did not interrupt the traditional South-South Cooperation (SSC) dynamics, they did affected, as they marked the issues being debated and eventually showed that we stand on the threshold of a possible period in which the SSC loses part of the leadership shown so far.
