Médicos del Mundo with EU Aid Volunteers: volunteering that builds
Abstract
The EUAV initiative has meant a unique opportunity for many volunteers to align with European solidarity and expand their development training, taking a firm step towards their professionalization. Thanks to the program, Médicos del Mundo has been able to learn from the management of so many volunteers deployed in very different regions, and has had the opportunity to develop its associative network beyond the Spanish borders.
