La ideología franquista en la legitimación de la dictadura militar chilena
Abstract
This article analyses the role of certain elements of Francoist ideology in the legitimation of Chile’s military dictatorship, as an example of the survival and nationalization of that ideology’s cultural diplomacy in this country. It is suggested that the Hispanist discourse, renewed by virtue of late Francoist political theories, influenced that legitimizing operation when, ironically, the immobile Spanish government was moving away from it.Downloads
