Evaluación de la Calidad Ambiental.

Abstract

The increasing preoccupation by the environment, intensified in the last decades, has lead to that it's necessary to reframe the oíd ideas relative to the existence of an universe without limits. The traditional concept of development, considered like a value, must evolve towards the establishment of a dynamic balance between the man and his means, towards as sustainable development. In Ibis context power the preoceupation by the environmental quality in the general process of evaluation. In the present article is reviewed the evaluation process of the environmental quality under different perspectives: --The quality of the natural resources. --The environmental quality of the projects. --The environmental quality of the performances.
