Abstract
Transport infrastructure is an element which bonds the territory. The accession of new countries to the European Union implies that the increased budget item dedicated to these purposes comes to the countries of Eastern Europe as Poland, as it happened with Spain in the previous years. However, in spite of contributing certain economic benefits, infrastructure produces serious environmental effects, as it can be noticed both in Spain and Poland.Downloads
