Evolución del paisaje en la cuenca baja del río Jarama
Abstract
This work aims to describe and to analyse natural and anthropic landscape in south-east of Madrid during the last fourteen years. The area is located on lower Jarama’s basin, inside the Comunity of Madrid, and is characterized by its little lanscape value, as well as thin and highly degraded soils, which facilitates an intensive anthropic action. The multitemporal images of Landsat satellite processing, the aerial photograhs analysis and field work allow us to map the principals units of landscape and to analyse their temporal evolution. We stress the importance of small areas of mediterranean forest in different evolution stages.Downloads
