Los poderes públicos y la defensa del medio ambiente
Abstract
The purpose of the issue is to highlight the must of the state to protect the environment. The method consists in studying the Constitution, as general, and after deepening in the content of the articule and the rest of the Spanish Laws. We conclude that, not withstanding, the clear obligation to protect the environment; the reality is completely diferent and we can find a lot of objection to deny garanties to the environment.Downloads
