Abstract

Soils of different natural areas from East Mallorca are Leptosols and Arenosols, and also same Phaeozems and Cambisols. Generally they are scarce thinkness and sandy textures therefore moderations to prevent from erosion processes are requeried. It's convenient to have a refforestation with native vegetation and also a control on livestock and recreative activity is recommend.
