Didactic, environmental and cultural itinerary through Valdemorillo (Madrid)
Abstract
This article deals with the description of a didactic, environmental and cultural itinerary/excursion around the south of Valdemorillo, Madrid. Its objective is to promote environmental education; it will be useful to teachers and educators of disciplines and educational levels. The article deals with the concepts “didactic itinerary”, “cultural itinerary”, “Heritage”, “cultural tourism”. It aims to demonstrate the usefulness of itineraries for formal and non-formal education. The excursion details geological, hydrological, ecosystems, flora and fauna resources. At the end of it we’ll suggests some activities to develop educators.
