Regime of Responsibility and Legal Mechanisms for Environmental Damage Repair
Abstract
The environmental damage is a common bad nowadays, which one environmental law must to face. For that the legal system has a fundamental tool, and is the environmental liability regime. This regime is constituted by: The classic system of accountability, this is a civil, administrative and criminal jurisdiction. This applies to environmental damage that cross way affects the personal and property rights. On the other hand is the environmental liability system established by the Law of Environmental Liability, relative on everything concerning to ecological damage.Downloads
