Hacia un nuevo concepto de valor en el ámbito del desarrollo y del medio ambiente

Abstract

Throughout the present study is realized an approach to current environmental paradigm, emphasizing the isolation of economic theory with respect to other disciplines and their own understanding of reality. This isolation, as evidenced by the environmental problems that the current economic paradigm has failed to give a satisfactory response is related to the influence of Hobbes and Descartes who is heir to current economic thinking. Ecological thinking has begun to overcome this isolation through the objectification of knowledge and the inclusion of ethics as an internal factor of science, consideration of the human being as someone who in addition to seeking value for nature, it seeks to discern a meaning in their lives. At the current stage of ecological thinking, objectivity has been reflected positively in the economy through the emerging ecological economy.
